At the invitation of the Association for Democratic Prosperity – Zid (ADP-Zid), the representative of Prima Jelena Jovanovic participated in a three-day training for strengthening the capacity of organizations by getting to know the basics of development of public policies and public advocacy in the field of employment policy with special emphasis on youth employment policy.
“This training is very important for working on the topic of public advocacy concerning youth and employment. According to statistics, young people are a risk group according to the percentage of unemployment, and the right to economic participation in society is fundamental human right. We recognized the problems that young people face and proposed solutions and initiatives that could influence the employability of young people through the legal framework”, said Jelena Jovanovic, representative of Prima.
The three-day training was organized within the framework of the project WeB4YES (Western Balkans Balkan Civil Society Initiative for Supporting Youth Employment) financed by the European Union.
